01 Acceptance of Conditions
By navigating TurkAnalyticsStudio.digital or utilizing our analysis dashboards, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. This contract constitutes the entire understanding between TurkAnalytics Studio ("the Studio", "We", "Us") and the user ("You"). If you do not agree to these protocols, you must cease use of our digital assets immediately.
02 Intellectual Property Rights
The "look and feel," custom algorithm visualizations, and proprietary KPI frameworks displayed on this platform are the exclusive property of TurkAnalytics Studio. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view content for informational purposes. Reproduction, "scraping," or redistribution of our data structures without explicit written consent from our Istanbul office is strictly prohibited.
03 User Accountability
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided for our secure portals. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to info@turkanalyticsstudio.digital within 24 hours. TurkAnalytics Studio is not liable for data breaches resulting from negligent password management on the user's end.
Important Constraint:
Our platform is designed for legitimate business performance monitoring. Use of our tools for illegal data manipulation or industrial espionage will result in immediate termination of service and legal action under the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
Service Availability & Liability Gaps.
Uptime Commitments
While we aim for 99.9% availability, TurkAnalytics Studio reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance on our KPI engines with 24-hour notice via email.
Liability Limitations
We provide data visualization "as is." We are not liable for business decisions, lost profits, or data inaccuracies stemming from the quality of initial data provided by the user.

Browsing Only
- Access to public articles and metric guides.
- No right to scrape or index content for AI training.
Dedicated Platform Access
- Custom SLA enforcement for dashboard availability.
- Individual non-disclosure agreements (NDA) apply.
- Subject to separate per-user licensing fees.
Frequently Audited Clauses
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective 48 hours after posting. Continued use of TurkAnalytics Studio services signifies your acceptance of updated protocols.
Termination Rights
Violation of our security policies or misuse of platform crawlers may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your business account without notice.
Third-Party Integrations
Our dashboards may integrate with external tools (Tableau, PowerBI). These integrations are governed by their respective owners' terms in addition to ours.
